refund policy

We understand that website design is a significant investment and we strive to deliver high-quality services to all of our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

1. initial deposit

1.1. We require a non-refundable deposit before we begin any design work. This deposit covers our initial costs and time spent on the project, and is not refundable.

2. partial refund

2.1. If you decide to cancel the project before we begin any design work, we will refund 50% of the total project cost.

3. no refunds after design approval

3.1. Once we have received your approval of the final design, the remaining balance will become due and is non-refundable.

4. refunds for non-delivery

4.1. In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the completed website design due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full amount paid.

5. refunds for unsatisfactory work

5.1. If you are not satisfied with the design work we have completed, you must inform us within 7 days of the completion of the project. We will work with you to make any necessary revisions.
5.2. If, after our best efforts, you remain unsatisfied with the completed work, we will refund up to 50% of the project cost.

6. refunds for third-party expenses

6.1. If any third-party expenses were incurred during the design process (e.g. purchase of stock images or plugins), these costs are non-refundable.

7. refunds for unused hours

7.1. If we were hired for hourly-based services, we will provide a refund for any unused hours if requested within 30 days of the project completion.
